Our Disaster Recovery service is the perfect package for ultimate protection. We offer a tested process to ensure that your printing/mailing operation of mission critical documents will continue despite a natural disaster or equipment failure, setup and ready to go. This service also eliminates redundant equipment and maintenance contracts and provides equipment failure “insurance” in the event that your equipment cannot be serviced in a timely manner. Lastly but certainly not least, our Disaster Recovery also provides staff coverage in case of a long term illness or absence and even serves as a recourse for printing/mailing in case in-house capacity is exceeded.
Highlights from January’s postal changes
As you all know, there were some big changes in the postal industry that were implemented in January. Amongst the changes were increased retail rates of .02 and metered rates that dropped by .005. Single post card rates remained the same. Additionally, automated/presorted letter rates went up slightly for each category but now the rate remains the same for up to 3.5-ounce letters whereas they previously increased after just 2 ounces and automated/presorted 3 digit trays have been eliminated altogether.
We are excited to have partnered with the Sales Leadership Program at Arkansas State University! We are offering a hands-on, real world sales experience with a successful company, which includes one-on- one attention and direction from a designated AutoMail employee. This partnership is mutually beneficial for upcoming graduates and the future of AutoMail. Our current intern is Chloe Stephenson. She has been working with us since January. She is from West Memphis, Arkansas and has cheered at A-State for 2 years now.
